Upon entering the living room you’ll be stunned by the built-in bookcases and comfortable seating options. Enjoy lake views from the picture windows from anywhere in the house, as well as the large outdoor deck with cozy patio furniture. This cottage sleeps 8 with a King Master suite right off the living room. The other rooms have a Queen bed and two double beds, respectively, each clean, comfortable, and plush. 

The kitchen is bright, airy, and part of the open concept design where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all connected. It’s truly a designer kitchen with butcher block counters, high-end appliances, and gourmet touches.

Once outside, the yard butts right up against Lake Norman, with its own private dock, small sandy beach area, and a lakeside fire pit perfect for s’mores under the stars.
