Welcome to the Team: Chelsea Pegram!

We here at Southern Charm Realty & Retreats would like to start 2022 by welcoming our new Broker in Charge, Chelsea Pegram! Chelsea joins the team after years of dedicated and award-winning service to the Lake Norman and Charlotte-metro region. 

Chelsea was born in North Carolina and has lived all over the state, from the beaches of Wilmington to the piedmont plateau of Greensboro and Charlotte. Water has called to her all her life. Growing up, her favorite moments were spent water skiing and boating. It’s a big reason why she decided to go to school on the coast and why she has planted her roots in Lake Norman. “My life is a vacation,” Chelsea says, “and a large part of that is showing people why I love it here so much. It’s easy and it’s a lifestyle I will always love and cherish.” 

Along with her love of life on the lake, Chelsea brings with her experience, industry know-how, and dedication. In 2020, Chelsea received one of the coveted “Top 50” Lake Norman Women In Real Estate awards. Additionally, over the course of 2020 and 2021, Chelsea received several acknowledgements within her firm for being a Top Buyers Agent in both transactions and for volume. 

Chelsea’s passion for people is what drives her success. In her own words, Chelsea says she, “loves loves loves meeting people and learning about them, and turning that into finding them their dream home.” She works hard for her clients, shows up for her friends and family, and uses her calling to Real Estate to make the world a brighter place.
