The luxury community of Watertree Landing is located in the Brawley School Road area along the eastern shore of Lake Norman in Mooresville.
The smaller, quiet town of Mooresville offers an idyllic way of life for living, working and recreation.
Mooresville has convenient access to I-77, which is approximately 6 miles east of the neighborhood, where you can also find shopping and dining along West Plaza Drive.
Interstate 40 is approximately 25 minutes north on I-77, and the Charlotte metro area is about 40 minutes south.
There are many parks and green spaces in the Lake Norman area, as well as visiting the neighboring small towns of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson, which gets its own eclectic vibe from Davidson College.
