Blog > Halloween on Lake Norman
No matter what your hopes are for Halloween weekend, there’s something fun to do if you live around or are even just visiting Lake Norman.
Rural Hill Amazing Maize Maze
This local favorite has earned the distinction of being one of the largest corn mazes in the entire Southeast! It’s spread across 7-acres and while there are concessions for sale, guests are permitted to bring their own picnic lunches and water. (And with a corn maze that big, lots of water is highly recommended.) Operating hours are Tuesday through Thursday with two timed entrances at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday are open entrances from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. for day maze and 6:30–9 p.m. for night maze; Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. for day maze through the first weekend in November.
Cost is $13 for adults and $8 for children. Weekday maze tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance online. Weekend maze tickets can be purchased online or in-person at the gate. Rural Hill Amazing Maize Maze is located at 4431 Neck Road, Huntersville, NC.
